In that day yowm (yome) a day (as the warm hours), saith n'um (neh-oom') an oracle -- (hath) said, saith. the LORD Yhovah (yeh-ho-vaw') (the) self-Existent or Eternal; Jehovah, Jewish national name of God -- Jehovah, the Lord. of hosts tsaba' (tsaw-baw') a mass of persons (or figuratively, things), especially reg. organized for war (an army); by implication, a campaign, literally or figuratively (specifically, hardship, worship) shall ye call qara' (kaw-raw') to call out to (i.e. properly, address by name, but used in a wide variety of applications) every man 'iysh (eesh) a man as an individual or a male person; often used as an adjunct to a more definite term (and in such cases frequently not expressed in translation) his neighbour rea` (ray'-ah) an associate (more or less close) -- brother, companion, fellow, friend, husband, lover, neighbour, (an-)other. under the vine gephen (gheh'-fen) a vine (as twining), especially the grape -- vine, tree. and under the fig tree t'en (teh-ane') the fig (tree or fruit) -- fig (tree). |
