For I will gather 'acaph (aw-saf') to gather for any purpose; hence, to receive, take away, i.e. remove all nations gowy (go'-ee) a foreign nation; hence, a Gentile; also (figuratively) a troop of animals, or a flight of locusts -- Gentile, heathen, nation, people. against Jerusalem Yruwshalaim (yer-oo-shaw-lah'-im) founded peaceful; Jerushalaim or Jerushalem, the capital city of Palestine -- Jerusalem. to battle milchamah (mil-khaw-maw') a battle (i.e. the engagement); generally, war (i.e. warfare) -- battle, fight(-ing), war(-rior). and the city `iyr (eer) or (in the plural) par {awr}; or ayar (Judges 10:4) {aw-yar'}; a city (a place guarded by waking or a watch) in the widest sense (even of a mere encampment or post) -- Ai (from margin), city, court (from margin), town. shall be taken lakad (law-kad') to catch (in a net, trap or pit); generally, to capture or occupy; also to choose (by lot); figuratively, to cohere and the houses bayith (bah'-yith) a house (in the greatest variation of applications, especially family, etc.) rifled shacac (shaw-sas') to plunder -- rifle, spoil. and the women 'ishshah (ish-shaw') irregular plural, nashiym {naw-sheem'}; a woman ravished shakab (shaw-kab') to lie down (for rest, sexual connection, decease or any other purpose)
