And it shall come to pass that in all the land
'erets (eh'-rets)
the earth (at large, or partitively a land) -- common, country, earth, field, ground, land, natins, way, + wilderness, world.
saith
n'um (neh-oom')
an oracle -- (hath) said, saith.
the LORD
Yhovah (yeh-ho-vaw')
(the) self-Existent or Eternal; Jehovah, Jewish national name of God -- Jehovah, the Lord.

but the third
shliyshiy (shel-ee-shee')

shall be left
yathar (yaw-thar')
to jut over or exceed; by implication, to excel; (intransitively) to remain or be left; causatively, to leave, cause to abound, preserve
