And it shall come to pass that when any 'iysh (eesh) a man as an individual or a male person; often used as an adjunct to a more definite term (and in such cases frequently not expressed in translation) shall yet prophesy naba' (naw-baw') to prophesy, i.e. speak (or sing) by inspiration (in prediction or simple discourse) -- prophesy(-ing), make self a prophet. then his father 'ab (awb) father, in a literal and immediate, or figurative and remote application) -- chief, (fore-)father(-less), patrimony, principal.
