She considereth zamam (zaw-mam') to plan, usually in a bad sense -- consider, devise, imagine, plot, purpose, think (evil). a field sadeh (saw-deh') from an unused root meaning to spread out; a field (as flat) -- country, field, ground, land, soil, wild. and buyeth laqach (law-kakh') to take (in the widest variety of applications) it with the fruit priy (per-ee') fruit -- bough, (first-) fruit(-ful), reward. of her hands kaph (kaf) the hollow hand or palm (so of the paw of an animal, of the sole, and even of the bowl of a dish or sling, the handle of a bolt, the leaves of a palm-tree); figuratively, power she planteth nata` (naw-tah') to strike in, i.e. fix; specifically, to plant -- fastened, plant(-er). a vineyard kerem (keh'-rem) a garden or vineyard -- vines, (increase of the) vineyard(-s), vintage. |
