Whoso keepeth natsar (naw-tsar') to guard, in a good sense (to protect, maintain, obey, etc.) or a bad one (to conceal, etc.) the fig tree t'en (teh-ane') the fig (tree or fruit) -- fig (tree). shall eat 'akal (aw-kal') to eat -- at all, burn up, consume, devour(-er, up), dine, eat(-er, up), feed (with), food, freely, in...wise(-deed, plenty), (lay) meat, quite. the fruit priy (per-ee') fruit -- bough, (first-) fruit(-ful), reward. thereof so he that waiteth shamar (shaw-mar') to hedge about (as with thorns), i.e. guard; generally, to protect, attend to, etc. on his master 'adown (aw-done') from an unused root (meaning to rule); sovereign, i.e. controller (human or divine) -- lord, master, owner. Compare also names beginning with Adoni-. shall be honoured kabad (kaw-bad') to be heavy, i.e. in a bad sense (burdensome, severe, dull) or in a good sense (numerous, rich, honorable); causatively, to make weightybe rich, be (go) sore, stop. |
