See 8550. than he that is perverse `iqqesh (ik-kashe') distorted; hence, false -- crooked, froward, perverse. in his lips saphah (saw-faw') the lip (as a natural boundary); by implication, language; by analogy, a margin (of a vessel, water, cloth, etc.) and is a fool kciyl (kes-eel') fat, i.e. (figuratively) stupid or silly -- fool(-ish). |
