And if it be of an unclean tame' (taw-may') foul in a relig. sense -- defiled, + infamous, polluted(-tion), unclean. beast bhemah (be-hay-maw') a dumb beast; especially any large quadruped or animal (often collective) -- beast, cattle. then he shall redeem padah (paw-daw') to sever, i.e. ransom; gener. to release, preserve -- at all, deliver, by any means, ransom, (that are to be, let be) redeem(-ed), rescue, surely. it according to thine estimation `erek (eh'rek) a pile, equipment, estimate -- equal, estimation, (things that are set in) order, price, proportion, set at, suit, taxation, valuest. and shall add yacaph (yaw-saf') to add or augment (often adverbial, to continue to do a thing) a fifth chamiyshiy (kham-ee-shee') fifth; also a fifth -- fifth (part). part of it thereto or if it be not redeemed ga'al (gaw-al') to redeem (according to the Oriental law of kinship), i.e. to be the next of kin (and as such to buy back a relative's property, marry his widow, etc.); then it shall be sold makar (maw-kar') to sell, literally (as merchandise, a daughter in marriage, into slavery), or figuratively (to surrender) -- at all, sell (away, -er, self). according to thy estimation `erek (eh'rek) a pile, equipment, estimate -- equal, estimation, (things that are set in) order, price, proportion, set at, suit, taxation, valuest. |
