And the sabbath

intermission, i.e (specifically) the Sabbath -- (+ every) sabbath.
of the land

shall be meat

food -- consume, devour, eat, food, meat.
for you for thee and for thy servant

and for thy maid
'amah (aw-maw')
a maid-servant or female slave -- (hand-)bondmaid(-woman), maid(-servant).
and for thy hired servant
sakiyr (saw-keer')
a man at wages by the day or year -- hired (man, servant), hireling.
and for thy stranger
towshab (to-shawb')
resident alien -- foreigner, inhabitant, sojourner, stranger.
that sojourneth
guwr (goor)
to turn aside from the road (for a lodging or any other purpose), i.e. sojourn (as a guest); also to shrink, fear (as in a strange place); also to gather for hostility (as afraid)
