For it is the jubile yowbel (yo-bale') the blast of a horn (from its continuous sound); specifically, the signal of the silver trumpets; hence, the instrument itself and the festival thus introduced it shall be holy qodesh (ko'-desh) a sacred place or thing; rarely abstract, sanctity -- consecrated (thing), dedicated (thing), hallowed (thing), holiness, (most) holy (day, portion, thing), saint, sanctuary. unto you ye shall eat 'akal (aw-kal') to eat -- at all, burn up, consume, devour(-er, up), dine, eat(-er, up), feed (with), food, freely, in...wise(-deed, plenty), (lay) meat, quite. the increase tbuw'ah (teb-oo-aw') income, i.e. produce -- fruit, gain, increase, revenue. thereof out of the field sadeh (saw-deh') from an unused root meaning to spread out; a field (as flat) -- country, field, ground, land, soil, wild. |
