Ye shall keep shamar (shaw-mar') to hedge about (as with thorns), i.e. guard; generally, to protect, attend to, etc. my sabbaths shabbath (shab-bawth') intermission, i.e (specifically) the Sabbath -- (+ every) sabbath. and reverence yare' (yaw-ray') to fear; morally, to revere; caus. to frighten my sanctuary miqdash (mik-dawsh') a consecrated thing or place, especially, a palace, sanctuary (whether of Jehovah or of idols) or asylum -- chapel, hallowed part, holy place, sanctuary. I am the LORD Yhovah (yeh-ho-vaw') (the) self-Existent or Eternal; Jehovah, Jewish national name of God -- Jehovah, the Lord. |
