This is the law towrah (to-raw') a precept or statute, especially the Decalogue or Pentateuch -- law. of the plague nega` (neh'-gah) a blow (figuratively, infliction); also (by implication) a spot (concretely, a leprous person or dress) -- plague, sore, stricken, stripe, stroke, wound. of leprosy tsara`ath (tsaw-rah'-ath) leprosy -- leprosy. in a garment beged (behg'-ed) a covering, i.e. clothing; also treachery or pillage -- apparel, cloth(-es, ing), garment, lap, rag, raiment, robe, very (treacherously), vesture, wardrobe. of woollen tsemer (tseh'-mer) wool -- wool(-len). or linen pishteh (pish-teh') linen (i.e. the thread, as carded) -- flax, linen. either in the warp shthiy (sheth-ee') a fixture, i.e. the warp in weaving -- warp. or woof `ereb (ay'-reb) the web (or transverse threads of cloth); also a mixture, (or mongrel race) -- Arabia, mingled people, mixed (multitude), woof. or any thing kliy (kel-ee') something prepared, i.e. any apparatus (as an implement, utensil, dress, vessel or weapon) -- armour (-bearer), artillery, bag, carriage, + furnish, furniture, instrument, jewel, that is made of, one from another, that which pertaineth, pot, + psaltery, sack, stuff, thing, tool, vessel, ware, weapon, + whatsoever. of skins `owr (ore) skin (as naked); by implication, hide, leather -- hide, leather, skin. to pronounce it clean taher (taw-hare') be (make, make self, pronounce) clean, cleanse (self), purge, purify(-ier, self). or to pronounce it unclean tame' (taw-may') to be foul, especially in a ceremial or moral sense (contaminated) -- defile (self), pollute (self), be (make, make self, pronounce) unclean, utterly. |
