He giveth nathan (naw-than') to give, used with greatest latitude of application (put, make, etc.) his cheek lchiy (lekh-ee') the cheek (from its fleshiness); hence, the jaw-bone -- cheek (bone), jaw (bone). to him that smiteth nakah (naw-kaw') to strike (lightly or severely, literally or figuratively) him he is filled full saba` (saw-bah') to sate, i.e. fill to satisfaction -- have enough, fill (full, self, with), be (to the) full (of), have plenty of, be satiate, satisfy (with), suffice, be weary of. with reproach cherpah (kher-paw') contumely, disgrace, the pudenda -- rebuke, reproach(-fully), shame. |
