Thou hast called qara' (kaw-raw') to call out to (i.e. properly, address by name, but used in a wide variety of applications) as in a solemn mow`ed (mo-ade') appointed (sign, time), (place of, solemn) assembly, congregation, (set, solemn) feast, (appointed, due) season, solemn(-ity), synogogue, (set) time (appointed). day yowm (yome) a day (as the warm hours), my terrors magowr (maw-gore') a fright (objective or subjective) -- fear, terror. round about cabiyb (saw-beeb') (as noun) a circle, neighbour, or environs; but chiefly (as adverb, with or without preposition) around -- (place, round) about, circuit, compass, on every side. so that in the day yowm (yome) a day (as the warm hours), of the LORD'S Yhovah (yeh-ho-vaw') (the) self-Existent or Eternal; Jehovah, Jewish national name of God -- Jehovah, the Lord. anger 'aph (af) the nose or nostril; hence, the face, and occasionally a person; also (from the rapid breathing in passion) ire none escaped paliyt (paw-leet') a refugee -- (that have) escape(-d, -th), fugitive. nor remained sariyd (saw-reed') a survivor -- alive, left, remain(-ing), remnant, rest. those that I have swaddled taphach (taw-fakh') to flatten out or extend (as a tent); figuratively, to nurse a child (as promotive of growth); from dandling on the palms -- span, swaddle. and brought up rabah (raw-baw') to increase (in whatever respect) hath mine enemy 'oyeb (o-yabe') hating; an adversary -- enemy, foe. consumed kalah (kaw-law') to end, whether intransitive (to cease, be finished, perish) or transitived (to complete, prepare, consume) |
