Thou shalt make thy prayer `athar (aw-thar') to burn incense in worship, i.e. intercede (reciprocally, listen to prayer) -- intreat, (make) pray(-er). unto him and he shall hear shama` (shaw-mah') to hear intelligently (often with implication of attention, obedience, etc.; causatively, to tell, etc.) thee and thou shalt pay shalam (shaw-lam') to be safe (in mind, body or estate); figuratively, to be (causatively, make) completed; by implication, to be friendly; by extension, to reciprocate thy vows neder (neh'-der) a promise (to God); also (concretely) a thing promised -- vow(-ed). |
