'amar (aw-mar')
to say (used with great latitude)
the LORD
Yhovah (yeh-ho-vaw')

Behold I will punish

Jah has heard; Shemajah, the name of twenty-five Israelites -- Shemaiah.
the Nehelamite
Nechelamiy (nekh-el-aw-mee')
dreamed; a Nechelamite, or descendant of Nechlam -- Nehelamite.
and his seed
zera` (zeh'-rah)
seed; figuratively, fruit, plant, sowing-time, posterity -- carnally, child, fruitful, seed(-time), sowing-time.
he shall not have a man

to dwell
