O LORD Yhovah (yeh-ho-vaw') (the) self-Existent or Eternal; Jehovah, Jewish national name of God -- Jehovah, the Lord. thou knowest yada` (yaw-dah') to know (properly, to ascertain by seeing); used in a great variety of senses, figuratively, literally, euphemistically and inferentially remember zakar (zaw-kar') to mark (so as to be recognized), i.e. to remember; by implication, to mention me and visit paqad (paw-kad') to visit (with friendly or hostile intent); by analogy, to oversee, muster, charge, care for, miss, deposit, etc. me and revenge naqam (naw-kam') to grudge, i.e. avenge or punish -- avenge(-r, self), punish, revenge (self), surely, take vengeance. me of my persecutors radaph (raw-daf') to run after (usually with hostile intent; figuratively (of time) gone by) -- chase, put to flight, follow (after, on), hunt, (be under) persecute(-ion, -or), pursue(-r). take me not away laqach (law-kakh') to take (in the widest variety of applications) in thy longsuffering 'aph (af) the nose or nostril; hence, the face, and occasionally a person; also (from the rapid breathing in passion) ire 'arek (aw-rake') long -- long(-suffering, -winged), patient, slow (to anger). know yada` (yaw-dah') to know (properly, to ascertain by seeing); used in a great variety of senses, figuratively, literally, euphemistically and inferentially that for thy sake I have suffered nasa' (naw-saw') to lift, in a great variety of applications, literal and figurative, absol. and rel.
