For the pastors ra`ah (raw-aw') to tend a flock; i.e. pasture it; intransitively, to graze; generally to rule; by extension, to associate with (as a friend) are become brutish ba`ar (baw-ar') to kindle, i.e. consume (by fire or by eating); also to be(-come) brutish and have not sought darash (daw-rash') to tread or frequent; usually to follow (for pursuit or search); by implication, to seek or ask; specifically to worship the LORD Yhovah (yeh-ho-vaw') (the) self-Existent or Eternal; Jehovah, Jewish national name of God -- Jehovah, the Lord. therefore they shall not prosper sakal (saw-kal') to be (causatively, make or act) circumspect and hence, intelligent and all their flocks mir`iyth (meer-eeth') pasturage; concretely, a flock -- flock, pasture. shall be scattered puwts (poots) to dash in pieces, literally or figuratively (especially to disperse) |
