Though he be fruitful para' (paw-raw') to bear fruit -- be fruitful. among his brethren 'ach (awkh) a brother (used in the widest sense of literal relationship and metaphorical affinity or resemblance (like 1) -- another, brother(-ly); kindred, like, other. an east wind qadiym (kaw-deem') the fore or front part; hence (by orientation) the East (often adverbially, eastward, for brevity the east wind) -- east(-ward, wind). shall come bow' (bo) to go or come (in a wide variety of applications) the wind ruwach (roo'-akh) wind; by resemblance breath, i.e. a sensible (or even violent) exhalation; figuratively, life, anger, unsubstantiality; by extension, a region of the sky; by resemblance spirit, but only of a rational being of the LORD Yhovah (yeh-ho-vaw') (the) self-Existent or Eternal; Jehovah, Jewish national name of God -- Jehovah, the Lord. shall come up `alah (aw-law') to ascend, intransitively (be high) or actively (mount); used in a great variety of senses, primary and secondary, literal and figurative (as follow) from the wilderness midbar (mid-bawr') a pasture (i.e. open field, whither cattle are driven); by implication, a desert; also speech (including its organs) -- desert, south, speech, wilderness. and his spring maqowr (maw-kore') fountain, issue, spring, well(-spring). shall become dry buwsh (boosh) to pale, i.e. by implication to be ashamed; also (by implication) to be disappointed or delayed and his fountain ma`yan (mah-yawn') a fountain (also collectively), figuratively, a source (of satisfaction) -- fountain, spring, well. shall be dried up charab (khaw-rab') to parch (through drought) i.e. (by analogy,) to desolate, destroy, kill -- decay, (be) desolate, destroy(-er), (be) dry (up), slay, surely, (lay, lie, make) waste. he shall spoil shacah (shaw-saw') to plunder -- destroyer, rob, spoil(-er). the treasure 'owtsar (o-tsaw') a depository -- armory, cellar, garner, store(-house), treasure(-house) (-y). of all pleasant chemdah (khem-daw') delight -- desire, goodly, pleasant, precious. vessels kliy (kel-ee') something prepared, i.e. any apparatus (as an implement, utensil, dress, vessel or weapon) -- armour (-bearer), artillery, bag, carriage, + furnish, furniture, instrument, jewel, that is made of, one from another, that which pertaineth, pot, + psaltery, sack, stuff, thing, tool, vessel, ware, weapon, + whatsoever. |
