For what hath hava' (haw-vaw') to be (in the sense of existence) -- be, have. man 'adam (aw-dawm') ruddy i.e. a human being (an individual or the species, mankind, etc.) -- another, + hypocrite, + common sort, low, man (mean, of low degree), person. of all his labour `amal (aw-mawl') toil, i.e. wearing effort; hence, worry, wheth. of body or mind and of the vexation ra`yown (rah-yone') desire -- vexation. of his heart leb (labe) the heart; also used (figuratively) very widely for the feelings, the will and even the intellect wherein huw' (hoo) the third person pronoun singular, he (she or it) he hath laboured `amel (aw-male') toiling; concretely, a laborer; figuratively, sorrowful -- that laboureth, that is a misery, had taken (labour), wicked, workman. under the sun shemesh (sheh'-mesh) the sun; by implication, the east; figuratively, a ray, i.e. (arch.) a notched battlement -- + east side(-ward), sun (rising), + west(-ward), window. |
