They shall teach yarah (yaw-raw') to flow as water (i.e. to rain); transitively, to lay or throw (especially an arrow, i.e. to shoot); figuratively, to point out (as if by aiming the finger), to teach Jacob Ya`aqob (yah-ak-obe') heel-catcher (i.e. supplanter); Jaakob, the Israelitish patriarch -- Jacob. thy judgments mishpat (mish-pawt') a verdict (favorable or unfavorable) pronounced judicially, especially a sentence or formal decree (human or (participant's) divine law, individual or collective and Israel Yisra'el (yis-raw-ale') he will rule as God; Jisrael, a symbolical name of Jacob; also (typically) of his posterity: --Israel. thy law towrah (to-raw') a precept or statute, especially the Decalogue or Pentateuch -- law. they shall put suwm (soom) to put (used in a great variety of applications, literal, figurative, inferentially, and elliptically)wholly, work. incense qtowrah (ket-o-raw') perfume -- incense. before 'aph (af) the nose or nostril; hence, the face, and occasionally a person; also (from the rapid breathing in passion) ire thee and whole burnt sacrifice kaliyl (kaw-leel') complete; as noun, the whole (specifically, a sacrifice entirely consumed); as adverb, fully upon thine altar mizbeach (miz-bay'-akh) an altar -- altar. |
