They have corrupted shachath (shaw-khath') to decay, i.e. (causatively) ruin -- batter, cast off, corrupt(-er, thing), destroy(-er, -uction), lose, mar, perish, spill, spoiler, utterly, waste(-r). themselves their spot m'uwm (moom) as if passive participle from an unused root probably meaning to stain; a blemish (physically or morally) -- blemish, blot, spot. is not the spot of his children ben (bane) a son (as a builder of the family name), in the widest sense (of literal and figurative relationship, including grandson, subject, nation, quality or condition, etc. they are a perverse `iqqesh (ik-kashe') distorted; hence, false -- crooked, froward, perverse. and crooked pthaltol (peth-al-tole') tortuous (i.e. crafty) -- crooked. generation dowr (dore) a revolution of time, i.e. an age or generation; also a dwelling -- age, evermore, generation, (n-)ever, posterity. |
