And it came to pass when Moses Mosheh (mo-sheh') drawing out (of the water), i.e. rescued; Mosheh, the Israelite lawgiver -- Moses. had made an end kalah (kaw-law') to end, whether intransitive (to cease, be finished, perish) or transitived (to complete, prepare, consume) of writing kathab (kaw-thab') to grave, by implication, to write (describe, inscribe, prescribe, subscribe) -- describe, record, prescribe, subscribe, write(-ing, -ten). the words dabar (daw-baw') a word; by implication, a matter (as spoken of) or thing; adverbially, a cause of this law towrah (to-raw') a precept or statute, especially the Decalogue or Pentateuch -- law. in a book cepher (say'-fer) writing (the art or a document); by implication, a book -- bill, book, evidence, learn(-ed) (-ing), letter, register, scroll. until they were finished tamam (taw-mam') to complete, in a good or a bad sense, literal, or figurative, transitive or intransitive (as follows) |
