At his day yowm (yome) a day (as the warm hours), thou shalt give nathan (naw-than') to give, used with greatest latitude of application (put, make, etc.) him his hire sakar (saw-kawr') payment of contract; concretely, salary, fare, maintenance; by implication, compensation, benefit -- hire, price, reward(-ed), wages, worth. neither shall the sun shemesh (sheh'-mesh) the sun; by implication, the east; figuratively, a ray, i.e. (arch.) a notched battlement -- + east side(-ward), sun (rising), + west(-ward), window. go down bow' (bo) to go or come (in a wide variety of applications) upon it for he is poor `aniy (aw-nee') depressed, in mind or circumstances -- afflicted, humble, lowly, needy, poor. and setteth nasa' (naw-saw') to lift, in a great variety of applications, literal and figurative, absol. and rel. (as follows) his heart nephesh (neh'-fesh) a breathing creature, i.e. animal of (abstractly) vitality; used very widely in a literal, accommodated or figurative sense (bodily or mental) upon it lest he cry qara' (kaw-raw') to call out to (i.e. properly, address by name, but used in a wide variety of applications) against thee unto the LORD Yhovah (yeh-ho-vaw') (the) self-Existent or Eternal; Jehovah, Jewish national name of God -- Jehovah, the Lord. and it be sin chet' (khate) a crime or its penalty -- fault, grievously, offence, (punishment of) sin. unto thee |
