If there be among you any man 'iysh (eesh) a man as an individual or a male person; often used as an adjunct to a more definite term (and in such cases frequently not expressed in translation) that is not clean tahowr (taw-hore') pure (in a physical, chemical, ceremonial or moral sense) -- clean, fair, pure(-ness). by reason of uncleanness that chanceth qareh (kaw-reh') an (unfortunate) occurrence, i.e. some accidental (ceremonial) disqualification -- uncleanness that chanceth. him by night layil (lah'-yil) a twist (away of the light), i.e. night; figuratively, adversity -- (mid-)night (season). then shall he go yatsa' (yaw-tsaw') to go (causatively, bring) out, in a great variety of applications, literally and figuratively, direct and proxim. abroad chuwts (khoots) abroad, field, forth, highway, more, out(-side, -ward), street, without. out of the camp machaneh (makh-an-eh') an encampment (of travellers or troops); hence, an army, whether literal (of soldiers) or figurative (of dancers, angels, cattle, locusts, stars; or even the sacred courts) he shall not come bow' (bo) to go or come (in a wide variety of applications) within tavek (taw'-vek) a bisection, i.e. (by implication) the centre -- among(-st), between, half, (there-,where-), in(-to), middle, mid(-night), midst (among), out (of), through, with(-in). the camp machaneh (makh-an-eh') an encampment (of travellers or troops); hence, an army, whether literal (of soldiers) or figurative (of dancers, angels, cattle, locusts, stars; or even the sacred courts) |
