If one be found matsa' (maw-tsaw') to come forth to, i.e. appear or exist; transitively, to attain, i.e. find or acquire; figuratively, to occur, meet or be present slain chalal (khaw-lawl') pierced (especially to death); figuratively, polluted -- kill, profane, slain (man), slew, (deadly) wounded. in the land 'adamah (ad-aw-maw') soil (from its general redness) -- country, earth, ground, husband(-man) (-ry), land. which the LORD Yhovah (yeh-ho-vaw') (the) self-Existent or Eternal; Jehovah, Jewish national name of God -- Jehovah, the Lord. thy God 'elohiym (el-o-heem') angels, exceeding, God (gods)(-dess, -ly), (very) great, judges, mighty. giveth nathan (naw-than') to give, used with greatest latitude of application (put, make, etc.) thee to possess yarash (yaw-rash') to occupy (by driving out previous tenants, and possessing in their place); by implication, to seize, to rob, to inherit; also to expel, to impoverish, to ruin it lying naphal (naw-fal') to fall, in a great variety of applications (intransitive or causative, literal or figurative) in the field sadeh (saw-deh') from an unused root meaning to spread out; a field (as flat) -- country, field, ground, land, soil, wild. and it be not known yada` (yaw-dah') to know (properly, to ascertain by seeing); used in a great variety of senses, figuratively, literally, euphemistically and inferentially who hath slain nakah (naw-kaw') to strike (lightly or severely, literally or figuratively) him |
